A spine-tingling clip from Uttar Pradesh's Farrukhabad has surfaced, depicting a youth living by the skin of his teeth when he tried a suicidal act on a moving train. The reckless move could have turned fatal as he lost balance and was hanging outside the window of the train for quite some distance before he was rescued.
The accident occurred on a train going from Kasganj to Kanpur. The young man was near the door of the train, filming a video when he lost his balance suddenly. In a dramatic event, he ended up holding onto the side of the train, trying to hold on as the train was moving.

Fortunately, vigilant commuters came to his rescue and held his hand, avert-ing him from falling onto the rail tracks. Though they fought hard, he hung in air for a considerable distance, clutching the oncoming speeding train.
As life-or-death moment took its toll, a clever passenger pulled the emergency chain of the train, gradually bringing it to a halt. This timely action enabled the young man to safely alight on the platform, rescuing him from potentially being a victim of a deadly accident.
The whole incident, which was recorded in a 1-minute-10-second video, has become viral on social media. Netizens have criticized the act of irresponsibility, and the majority blame the young man for his irresponsible act. The video has raised tremendous debate regarding the risks involved in doing stunts on moving trains.
The authorities have made another appeal to users of public transport to exercise caution and not do acts that could lead to death while traveling by train.
